From Personal Trainer to CEO<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Before becoming Mrs. Tyrus, Ingrid Murdoch \u2014 formerly Rinck \u2014 made a name for herself in fitness. After\u00a0losing 150 pounds<\/strong>\u00a0through diet and exercise, she created\u00a0The Rinck Routine<\/em>\u00a0and a healthy meal prep company,\u00a0Sensible Meals<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Her business was born from personal experience \u2014 her son was diagnosed with\u00a0type 1 diabetes<\/strong>, and she started making portion-controlled meals to help him manage it.<\/p>\n

In 2024, she\u00a0publicly cut ties with her birth name<\/strong>, writing on Instagram, \u201cDon\u2019t ever want to be attached to a Rinck again in life,\u201d and announced a major rebrand of her programs.<\/p>\n

Surprise Proposal After \u201cMarriage\u201d?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Although the two had long referred to each other as husband and wife, Tyrus\u00a0made it official in April 2020<\/strong>\u00a0with a surprise proposal and a stunning emerald and diamond ring.<\/p>\n

Their\u00a0legal marriage certificate was filed in January 2024<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 a full decade after they welcomed their daughter, Georgie.<\/p>\n

Forget dogs and cats. The Murdoch-Tyrus household is home to\u00a0snakes, turtles, lizards, chameleons and exotic fish<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 all part of what Tyrus calls the\u00a0\u201cTyrus-zilla Zoo.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

While Ingrid initially wanted nothing to do with animals, she eventually\u00a0took over the entire operation<\/strong>. She even installed thunderstorm sounds at night to encourage breeding and now runs the home zoo like a pro, delegating responsibilities to their kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I\u2019m going to take something over, it\u2019s going to be done right,<\/strong>\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Together, they raise a\u00a0blended family<\/strong>\u00a0that includes their daughter, Georgie, Ingrid\u2019s two sons from a previous marriage, and Tyrus\u2019 children from a past relationship.<\/p>\n

Despite his chaotic travel schedule, Tyrus makes room for family. Ingrid has joined him on tour \u2014 including his 2022 book launch and his upcoming 2024 comedy tour,\u00a0What It Is<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Still, even date nights can be a challenge.<\/p>\n
