CNN\u2019s chief White House correspondent, Kaitlan Collins, soon became another target. After she questioned him during a press conference about renovations at the White House \u2014 including a privately funded ballroom Trump insists is \u201cunder budget and ahead of schedule\u201d \u2014 he lashed out hours later in a Truth Social post, misspelling her name and writing:<\/p>\n

After\u00a0The New York Times<\/em>\u00a0wrote that he was showing \u201csigns of fatigue\u201d and confronting \u201cthe realities of aging in office,\u201d Trump attacked the outlet online, saying:<\/p>\n \u201cThe Creeps at the Failing New York Times are at it again\u2026 I have never worked so hard in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n He acknowledged that \u201cthere will be a day where my energy will run out,\u201d but insisted his medical tests show \u201cthat won\u2019t be anytime soon.\u201d The Times stood firmly behind its reporting, with spokesperson Charlie Stadtlander saying, \u201cName-calling and personal insults don\u2019t change that.
